Ownership isn't essential, enthusiasm is!

Mustang GT
Convertable

This is a 1966 Mustang GT convertible. Professionally restored and extensively modified two years ago in San Diego. Originally an "A" code, it was built in San Jose and has been in So Cal throughout. I changed the engine to a warmed up 302 (Ford Motorsports B303 cam, edelbrock RPM intake, Road Demon 625 cfm carb, Hooker long tube headers). I plan to change out the OEM heads for Edelbrock for a little more punch. Front brakes are CNC 12 in disks. Suspension was modified to include KYB gas shocks, front and rear sway bars, traction bars and sub-frame connectors.

The automatic tranny was swapped for a T-5 and I added posi into the orginial 3:55 rear end. The American Racing Torq Thrust D's (15x7) ride on Comp T/A radials. The interior was done in "pony" style on recovered seats from an '89 Mustang GT. Gauges are white face VDO's in the orginial panel.
