Aug 27-29, 2010 - SAAC 35 and Mini Nats together at Sears Point - Yes, that is correct, the National convention for next year will not be at Willow Springs, but at Infineon Raceway at Sears Point in conjunction with the Mini-Nats. Maybe this will be the Maxi-Nats. Official details here. Registration form here.
July 15th - 6:30-8:30- New site for meeting this month at Miramar Speed Circuit (MAP). Craig Wright will talk about the details of how to get around Infineon Raceway quickly and safely. Something you should find very helpful if you are going to the SAAC National Convention in Aug. There will be handouts and videos. After talking about racing during the meeting you can sign up for a cart race and practice what we talked about. They have a cafe on site with pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc. If you want to get something to eat arrive about 6:00.
July 17th - 10:00 for the Tour of Alan Taylor's shop (MAP) OR 8:30 at Center City Cafe (MAP) for breakfast and cruise to Alan Taylor's. RSVP to Dave Ham for breakfast by July 14th.
